GHOST WORKS (formerly Lund Nielsen Design) is a newly evolved group of industrial designers in Portland, OR with a true passion for specialty sport performance and lifestyle footwear design. Our specialized team of industrial designers is an Invisible Force, collaborating closely with our clients to foster innovative solutions and designs that help athletes of all skill levels achieve peak performance.

Founder & Design Director
Eirik’s extensive history in the footwear industry paves a crystal clear vision for GHOST WORKS’ signature process. Born in Norway, educated at Art Center College of Design in both Switzerland and Pasadena and formerly a Design Manager for adidas, he’s accumulated multiple awards for his designs, as well as, multiple national championships in motorcycle road racing.
Imported from Park City, where he was a Senior Designer at Skullcandy, Donnie is an Art Center College of Design graduate with over 7 years of product design experience. Well seasoned in competitive research, trend analysis, production processes, prototyping and 3D rendering, he’s also a vintage motorcycle builder / racer and an active outdoor-sportsman.
Another tuned product of Art Center College of Design, Fernando’s Automotive Design major brings with it a flair for form development, always authoring visually compelling stories for the products we design. In addition to his stronghold on qualitative research, trend forecasting and production processes, he’s a hiker, a sketcher and a Hot Wheels collector.
Raised between Alaska and Oregon, Dan is Marine combat vet. After serving two tours in Iraq, he went on to attend Art Center College of Design in Pasadena where he graduated from the product design program with honors. This dauntless history of design and adventure now has him building his VW Vanagon, creating graphic art and being active with his two boys.
As one of the only non-industrial designers of the bunch, Tyler brings a fresh perspective to his role as Marketing Manager. Tyler graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Advertising but has spent the last decade as a serial entrepreneur (db clay), constant content creator, brand consultant, sports fanatic and road-tested, award-winning singer/songwriter.
The newest member of the team, Austin is a Portland native who’s pursuing his higher education at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. Studying product design, with an emphasis on footwear, he’s a camping and a life-long automotive junkie who as early as the age of six, used to sell his car drawings at recess for a little extra scratch.
